Thank you for choosing Key West Event Box Company! We’re excited to send a little piece of the island your way. Please review the following shipping terms so you know what to expect when placing an order or subscribing to our boxes.

1. Shipping Area

We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Processing Time

  • Subscription boxes are shipped monthly or according to the schedule noted on your subscription plan.

  • Boxes typically ship on or around the [insert day of the month, e.g., 15th].

  • For one-time purchases or special edition boxes, please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipping.​

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship via major carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size of the order and delivery location. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees may be included in your subscription price or calculated at checkout, depending on the product.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

5. Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us, we can reship it at the customer’s expense.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
If your package is delayed or appears lost, please check the tracking information provided. If it hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of the expected delivery date, contact us at info@kweventboxes.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

6. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll gladly arrange for a replacement item or offer an appropriate resolution.

7. Special Edition & Holiday Boxes

Holiday and limited-edition boxes may have unique shipping timelines. These will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
